We want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming experience; if your handheld doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all included pre-loaded SD cards and charging cables.

Return Process

  Pack Your Console

  Securely place the console and all original accessories into the original box to ensure the hardware remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the console's condition and hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
